Borderhoppa's Dial-a-Ride service provides friendly, affordable transport across South Norfolk and North Suffolk.
Whether you're travelling to the shops, visiting friends and family, attending an appointment or simply getting out and about, we're here to help.
Membership
To use Borderhoppa's Dial-a-Ride service you'll need to become a member.
Membership costs £20 per year and is valid for 12 months.

As a registered charity, we're proud to help people stay independent and connected with the support of our dedicated staff, volunteer drivers and trustees.

Bus fares
The fares to use the Borderhoppa bus service are:

| 0-5 miles | £3.50 | £6.50 |
| 5-10 miles | £4.00 | £7.50 |
| 10-15 miles+ | £4.50 | £8.50 |

Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice wherever possible. You can book up to five working days or seven days in advance.
